Numbers were like 185hp 175tq. Graphs are unscanned. This vid was taken like a month ago but the person who took them just put them up now.

The supercharged TL and the supercharged Civic SI were owned by the same guy. Some old dude, probably pushing 50. Pretty cool that he's into cars at that age.

I'm surprised the shop tested the Honda in 4th. Most shops will use 3rd because so that the Honda doesn't labor on the dyno for such an extended period of time like in the video.

Sounds to me like the clutch couldn't hold the power of the nitrous, it slipped, the engine revved up like it was in neutral, the nitrous was shut off quickly, and then the all to common nitrous back fire.

Yes, even us OLD guys can still be into cars. Turned 47 last month. Guess the Max with the way it is so far keeps me in the young at heart stage. Oh, the LE37T's will be here by the end of the month(hopefully!!). I'll post new pics then.

I'm not sure why mike (the guy with the DX) dyno'd in 4th, his car started running hot during that dyno. He's got a fast car but I think it was being worked on at the time and he wanted to dyno something.

Likes supercharged cars and is 50 years old? So I'm not the only one. I bet he's an engineer, too.

By the way, Neal, did you do anything special to the valvetrain, or are you getting to 7200 rpm on the stock heads?

I was wondering the same thing. He would have put a full load on the engine for too long and by the time he got to the top-end he was probably down on power a lot. Shoulda dynoed in 3rd or something.
