Thousands in paint and rims, but they couldn't afford carpet for the trunk, or even better cap mounting brackets? they gotta use plumber's tape?!?!

And the engine bay?! WTF!?!?! at least take a damn water hose to it before you take pics! ewwwwwww.

wonder how far off the speedo is.

maxima is ugly to me too but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This looks like something some mafia type puerto ricans or gangsta black people in crenshaw would rock....

Babyboy type car, yaw remmber that honda accord he put those gold rims he had on them, so ugly, sheesh

As for the bumper being a different color...... its because the plastic reacts differently then the metal. Haven't you noticed (in the right light) bumpers look a different color? Its true.

I think if you take off the altezzas, put the 97-99 MAXIMA badge on it, it would look pretty cool for what it is.

Volks? Hahaha you think an alledged dopeboy or someone who has that same taste cares about Volks? If you aint sitting on grown men (20s an up) you aint riding. If any real money was spent on it, it would have TVs and woodgrain all over the place too. It's a Diamante with the exact same set riding around here. I guess it's weird seeing an import looking like Master P drove it before he got big. Uuugghhh! Ride like how you like to ride it just makes my car look that much better.

That seems to me like a mildly stereotypical comment. I've seem plenty of white people doin nasty **** like this to their cars and being highly proud that it looks retarded. Hell, I just showed my boy, and he liked it. But seriously, "mafia type puerto ricans"? WTF is that about? Don't get me wrong, I'm not ****ed, I just find it odd that someone would say somethin like that, cause comments like that in person around people I know usually calls for an *** whoopin.

That car is not beauty... Nor is it in nice shape. Had the guy actually took his time and did a good job on it, as in: straight M A X I M A lettering on his trunk as opposed to the careless crooked business he has, no overspray under his hood, a clean and dressed up engine bay, a nice looking trunk as opposed to having sawdust and dirt all over it, and if he can afford to shave his doorhandles and get that paint job, he can also afford to replace his center seatbelt in the back which has grease/oil stains on it, and also his completely torn to shreads e-brake boot... lets see what else... he has shaved door handles, yet no shaved antenna or trunk keyhole... and last but not least who in God's name puts Lexus floormats in a Maxima, when you can get new ones for like 40-50 dollars...

Someone spent al that time to spiffy up the exterior of the car but the engine bay looks like a sand storm.

I guess I am just weird. That is always the cleanest part of my car.

The owner is pathetic. I never heard of opening the car door by remote. It's probably stolen, who knows, people in Fla are very weird, especially CUBANS.

What are you talking about? How else can you open a car door that has the handles shaved off. Let me guess, you've never heard of that either.

You don't open the door you pop the door with what it;s call door poppers. The only door I've seen opening with remotes are the side door on minivans and my garage.

But I do think the car its just FUGLY and that other civic. Lets just not speak of that again

Same principal, You have to get into the car somehow. By opening I didnt mean the whole complete door opens up for you. But i guess if you had strong enough solenoids it may pop the door completely open.
keyless enteries do operate by a remote control same as an alarm.

ugh!

when you paint the color..u don't paint ON the actual metal or plastic..you paint on the primer coat. the substrate has NOTHING to do with the color of the car. you can paint fiberglass, wood, steel, stainless steel, alum, ABS plastic..all will come out the same color if it's prepped correctly.

when doing this type of paint...chromaillusion (sp?) you need to paint the parts together. in this case the body shop painted the bumper off the car and then put the bumper on.

you ask why does your bumper look different? because nissan painted the bumpers off the car and then assembled the cars. even if it's computer painted the paint and environmental variables will change the "tone/hue" of the paint slightly on your bumper.
