bleeder valve location

I just had to replace my 300zx brake caliiper, and the auto parts store gave me the wrong one and wont have another one in a few weeks. As they need to be rebuilt. They gave me the PASSENGER SIDE caliper rather than the driver side. Other than the word "NISSAN" reading different than the passenger side (it scrolls up rather than going down) and the bleeder valve location (its on the bottom rather than top of the caliiper) can I use it anyway?? Does the bleeder valve location HAVE to be up top?

the bleeder valve MUST be pointing up or you'll not be able to get the air out of the system.
