Ok, I'll jump in -->

Don't get either one of them......For 225/55 16s get Dunlop SP5000 tires from Tire Rack. I've heard nothing but praise for them, especially the low noise level and good treadwear....They're $101 each so your looking at $430 delivered to your door....

Otherwise, if I had to choose between the two you mentioned, then I would get the Avid H4s......have heard good things about them as well.....

yo

Well i just bought tires for my car three days ago ...

Bridgestone Potenza RE930i
okay so they aren't sport tires and they are H rated but i'm gettin rims anyways...

but they do handle pretty well and anyone who wants all-season tires i would definatley recommend them...

The S306 are OEM tires, which means they will prolly have low treadwear. The Avid H4's are all season H-rated tires.

If you are getting that size tires, I would say either go for Bridgestone RE930 or Dunlop Sp5000. I had both, and they are both excellent, although I liked the Bridgestones better.
