I took my 99 max to autozone today, and got code P1620 coming up twice. It said something about ignition system or engine misfire. I am at 61,000 miles and bought it with 55,000 on it. Only got an oil change twice and brakes and a couple belts replaced. Could it be just spark plugs? Anyone ever get this code, if so what needs to be done?! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

don't know but just a quick question. . . how much did autozone charge you to get the code?

 

I was always told that it was free if you take it to auto zone, and never really believed it.. well now I believe! It was free.

AutoZone does it for free. They have a code reading machine and they just plug it into the ECU near the fuse box and pull the codes.

P1620 doesn't show in the Haynes manual. Are you sure it was P1620?

 

Yea I am stupid.. it was P1320, not 1620.. any ideas? What is needed to be fixed?
