I downloaded it into my Winamp Skins file, but now what do i do?

 

ok you unzip them
then you move the folder into winamp skins directory
then you open winamp
go to prefrences (either ctrl +p or right click to find it)
then you select the maxima skin
and enjoy!

stupid winamp wanted me to change it to a .wsz file
