Need Help

I have a 97se with 127,xxx miles and when the car changes gears (auto) the car shakes a bit...Is it my tranny or maybe my motor mounts or something else...If this has happened to anyone else please send feedback....Thanks...

Last tune up around 90,000,dont think trans fluid ever been changed....
