Tune up kits?

Hi,
I will be doing a tune up on my car soon. I checked http://www.nissan-accessories.com and found that they have a Tune-up kit for 1995-2000 Maxima for $70.28. It includes 6 spark-plugs, fuel, air, and oil filter. Has anyone tried such kit before? Are the spark plugs NGK Platiunms like the OEMs? If they aren't, I might buy all parts separately.
Does anyone know a good place to order these parts separately? Thanks.
