Two in a row for Vader

Last month the hesitation TSB complete.
Today the Dealer ordered the parts for the Clutch howl TSB.

Thus far I have had positive results from the Service Department.

It's Poughkeepsie Nissan. The Service manager is Eric Hartmann. Beleive or not, everyone there has been extremely nice, everytime.

I am wondering, does the local dealership make money from NNA for doing these TSB's ???? Not quite sure how that works.
