D3EAŽ testing and brakes.

Pep boys and Tirerack are both carrying a new line of brakes that are supposed to be real good. They are called Satisfied Pro. I realize that the name is not impressive. In fact the name made me think it was just a so so brank. But the more i read about this D3EAŽ testing, the more i am impressed. sounds like they should be at least as good as oem. Our oem is pretty good compared to most of the other pads out there unless you upgrade to big brake. I don't think anybody here has used em yet, but if anybody has, please leave a review.

Satisfied pro, Raybestos and Napa brakes(maybe some others) are certified under these. If anybody has experience with these brakes leave a review.

Here's some reading i found on google for ya.

please don't leave poo on my thread such as "I love porterfields, or i love performance friction or i such." I realize some of us have had great experience with pads that are not d3ea tested, but there are other threads for that. Let's talk about the certification and experience with brakes under these certifications.

I've got Satifieds in the fronts with Brembo rotors. They come pre-attached with the inner shims but I used extra outer shims anyway. Minimal dusting and noise. I think the caveat though is that I believe it's their Performance line that is certified, at least if I remember their site correctly.
