maxima in video game

Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3, the remake of 0, has a maxima in it, its a 3rd gen, and the rear lights are a little funny looking, but it is the first maxima i've ever seen in a video game, any one seen them somewhere else??

i think it came out on the 20th, and i only know of it being for ps2......i say its a 3rd gen, because for one, it looks like a 3rd gen, and the tail lights go all the way across. the game is just a remake of 0, except they got liscensing from the car companies, so they can actually call it a maxima, it is basically the same game, except with more cars and people, and i think a few new places to race

Check out EA Games's newest release. NEED FOR SPEED UNDERGROUND. it doesnt have maxima but it has lots of nissans. Sentra, 240sx, 350z and skyline that i know of are in that game.

I dont really like the game, its got buncha riced out toyota, honda, mitsu and nissans reacing each other with turbo/tt charged engines. altezza, decals, spin rims, stickers all over these cars.
RICER GAME!

Point of this game u ask?

people gotta have some way of trying to own a nissan, only way it might happen is in a game!

Yeah Need for speed underground is ricey in its ways but I like that to a point. It does get way out there but its different plus since I love nothing but car games, gotta have it.

Welcome guys a maxima has graced a video game. There is also the 85-88 2nd gen 300zx 180sx, 200sx and others. Man this games graphics is updated a bit I havent raced yuet Im just checking out the cars for now.

Bought the maxima too. Yeah the handling is poor. I need to upgrade some stuff. Guys this game is pretty bad!! Bad as in Good. The physics feel a bit better almost the same but an improvement that I like. You can modify so damn much with this new one. Tint windows, clear lights, get reverse indiglo or indiglo gauges change the color of the gauges. Get cf parts, change the rims out, mirrors, hood, get body kits, tint lights out, and the sound is great! So much stuff to do. Im afraid I wont be getting any college work done this week! lol. Its a great game. even better than the last one all around. Physics still could be better but is a great improvement from TXR0. Lots of old cars Ive never seen before or knew existed. For 19.99 you cant beat it.

Sorry! I didnt buy the game for that sake. Its because its txr3 Didnt know it as out until he posted. Okay, so maybe I did get it because of the maxima too. I really like the 85-88 300zx in there. You know whats weird. This thread has to be border line. Its talking about a maxima but in a game. I was thinkin this was going to get moved to the OT forum. I guess the more to see the merrier. Anyway, gotta go and get back to having some fun. And get some late lunch.

tokyo extreme racer 3 features the A31 Cefiro. It's called a maxima in the game but it's really not like the 3rd gen at all. it's rwd and has an rb20det engine 205hp at the crank. the game is decent and has okay modding features. but i would suggest that you guys just wait a month and a half for gt4 to come out. txr3 is a tad too japanese for my liking though. but i picked it up yesterday for 30.00 so i'm not gonna b!tch. it'll keep me occupied until gt4 comes out. l8z

I realized there is no hondas in this game. The maxima is nice with a r32 turbo engine imagine that on a us spec 3rd gen.

the game is surprisingly good. i sure am happy i got it even though it isn't really a 3rd gen. i wish my 3rd gen was rwd and had the rb20det.
i've unlocked a couple silvias...no skyline yet though

yes that wouldve been nice rwd. I was surprised when I saw the cefiro they labeled it as a maxima. I played Need for speed underground. Okay the game is a must!!! Its really fun from what Ive gotten from it. You drag race, theres drifting, and of course street racing. The graphics are great too.Id say better than txr3 but I like txr3 in its own ways. Its a fun game though.

gt4 will definately be on the list. The amount of cars are going to be just like gt2, 500+ cars and about 100 tracks from what Ive read.

I read that some where. Maybe thats another game Im getting confused with. I didnt think it wouldve been that many my self. They are already advertising it in a Best Buy catalog for games. Its one of the top ones for a Summer pick. I thought it was going to be out before the summer

gt4 is supposed to be out jan 04.
i know people who have reserved copies already.
the way i see it txr3 will keep me busy for a month tops. then if gt4 isn't out, i'll just try nfs underground.
besides once spring comes....i won't have time for video games. it'll be back to playing around with my car.
