well, long story short... it was all because I broke my pinky. God told me i could drive faster if I hooked a 9 volt battery to my AC condenser which would allow me to honk my horn as slow as my hazards spewed cake. That, in turn, cause my MAF to blow up increasing the amount of exhaust gasses eminating from the courtesy light. My flux capacitor decides to TIG weld itself to my chrome plated muffler bearings causing my rear seat to dissapear. It was really nice to hear and smell but all in all, i prefer gin.

Where else can you find this much information about your vehicle.. The FSM and Chiltons is nice but if you have a problem or want to install a mod it's been seen or done here already.

The forums make my car more enjoyable, just as a good towing forum makes my job more enjoyable and makes me more informed.

I hope to further the aftermarket support for our cars, and I like to help by wading others save money by wading through the BS products via a well established means of scientific elimination...

I'm on Maxima.org because I work nights, it helps keep me awake and there is nobody else up this late, plus nobody that I would rather talk to than my fellow Maxima owner buddies at 4am...you know who you are.

i first came to the org to learn how to fix things and to ask what to do about certain problems with my car. Then i found out about extra mods and stuff and it got me more addicted to maxima's, then i heard stories of people doing this and that, more addicted, then met a lot of friends on here and got me even more addicted.

^^^ super run on sentence, 50 cool points to all that understand it.

modding is an addiction. Without the org I was having to spend too much time surfing the web to find parts for my 3rd gen, and then when I would find them I knew nothing about what I was looking at. There is alot of knowlege here and experience both first hand and second. For every bad thing that can go wrong there is at least 100 other people here that have had the exact same problem and could tell the possible solutions to it. etc...
