What is a good pressure for a 225/50/16 tire to have? I had it set at 28psi, but moved it up to 33. What is good for everyday use?

I have the same size and I run the same pressures, i.e., 29 p.s.i. around town, 32 psi for highway trips, 40psi front and psi rear for autocrosses.

 

You run the same front & rear pressures for Xcross? I thought you needed more up front to handle the heavier weight of the engine when braking for instance.

Last season I was running ~48/38lbs and no other Max I saw ran equal front/rear.

How does your's handle?

 

Sorry, the rear psi must have dropped off of the post. For auto-x, 40/32. I was running as much as 47 front, but I don't get nearly as much rollover with the Dunlop SP8000's.
