Saw a Cobalt Blue 4th Gen in Long Church?

Saw it on Sat Afternoon around 1 or 2. I think that was the city, I hope I got it right. It was Cobalt blue, with low profiles, touring wing, tints and I think it was lowered with body kit. It's awesome looking, wondering if it's somebody's in here...
