vibration/shudder - 97 SE

Automatic trans.
Coming to a stop from approx 5 mph, there is a vibration/shudder felt in the front end. Dealer "hasn't heard it" on any of the 3 times I have reported it.
At 0 mpg, in gear, vibration is also heard. Disappears substantially when change to Neutral.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
