The pads that will come with the kit are the Wilwood Tan formual... here's what wilwood says:

"This sticky friction pad material was developed to have a high coefficient of friction in the low temperature range for quick, high torque stopping without heating up your brake rotors. Pads maintain very low dust and noise levels. Ideal for drag racing, pro series, street rods, kart, and moderate dirt applications."
