Thats horrible. I've seen many accidents from street racing. Even when they are going the speed limit. I have to say that was quite an exessive speed if he flipped and went through a brick fence. The driver can blame anyone else but himself and now he will pay the price, hopefully. Thats sad to see the passenger die and that person wasn't even involved. Nick

eh

Ok I had to reply, STREET RACING IS NO BETTER THEN THOSE THREADS WE HAVE HOW FAST HAVE YOU GONE IN MAXIMA! People always reply I went 120 when going to xxxx, I went 140 going to xxxx. So I guess if you are against street racing then you should be against going above the speed limit. Also, you can eliminate the idea that highways are made for those speeds and streets are not because I will gladly name you every highway here and how most streets have better roads then them. The point is judgment and its a shame but people are stupid by nature and stupid people make stupid decisions. Also, if they can prove the accident was a result of mechanical failure in the car the driver could get off easy on this. Why do I know this, because 2 years ago on Ocean Parkway And W (For those in Brooklyn,NY) a Porsche lost control and killed a 17 year old girl I knew, her mother, her sister, and only the dad survived but still with injuries but the driver got away w/o any jail time (Speed limit on Ocean parkway is 30). The lawyers proved mechanical failure in the brakes or some BS like that and its complete BS because the guy took a turn too fast the car lost control he killed them all they were walking on the sidewalk during the accident and his car ended up in the middle of the sidewalk. I'm getting off-track here the point is censorship of a topic does not discourage it. Street racing has always been around since there were cars horses you name it. People just need to use their brain and we would be a much safer place.

I do stupid ****.. but i refuse to be a hypocrite everytime someone dies of the same **** i do..

when will my time come? i don't know..

why am i still here? i know my limitations...

do i pass my limitations sometimes? sure i do..

i mean who the hell here has never entered a friendly contest with someone else on the road? if you have.. then you are all fcking hypocrites... because that is stupid and unsafe.. and i don't care if you only did it once..

i hate when everyone jumps on the bandwagon of "oh street racing is bad.. thats unsafe.. keep it on the track" and then have the nerve to post couple days later.. "oh i ran into a new blah blah blah today.. gave him a good run"

then what the fck do you think you are doing? its street racing you doofusses <-- is that a word?

god damn hypocrites.. all of you ..

like i said.. everyone does it.. most of us just know our limitations.. the ones that don't.. they end up in threads like this..

fck it.. i am not going to pour out my 40 oz or cry over spilled milk..

you get the cards you are dealt in life.. when its your time to go.. its your time to go..

no if.. this.. and if that.. no if he didn't.. or she could have that.. life is life

bullsh!t...

you only tell yourself that to feel better..

everytime you are going over the speed limit.. you are guilty of the same ****..

the road speed limits were governed to what the law deem safe on a fair day.. you decide to go over that.. you are better than the street racers.. because the bottom line is.. you are doing the same thing

making the road unsafe for other drivers

sugar coat it all you want donkey

if that was the case.. buy a POS 5.0 Stang and build a 9 second monster for 5g's..

you guys can pull this **** over your families eyes.. but don't try that **** with me..

you guys telling me everytime you get a new mod you don't how much more car lenghts you can put on the new honda that just came out?

I think that says it enough.
Don't race
don't speed
don't be stupid.

Do we all do it? Yeah.. "But it's okay when I do it because I have a modified car and know how to drive it!" No you don't. you THINK you know how, and you THINK that 4 yr old girl is going to stay on the sidewalk as you're zooming by.
What you don't see is the dog behind the car, or the rock in the middle of the road, or the grandma pulling out of a parking lot that didn't see you because of glare off another car's windshield.

If you want to speed, do it on a track. enough said.
