just look at who made it onto the maxima.org calander. ooo, the 3rd gen was SOOO popular. you guys really need to get over yourselves, and atleast admit to the styling issues with the 3rd gen.

i even have araffio on my side

What does winning a calender have to do with anything? There are a majority of hooked up 4th gens compared to 3rd gens, and you know what? That is GOOOOD cause I like to be different. I own both, I know which is truely best. I have heard the comments, heard the opinions and views and have a great knowledge, I know whats up! arrafio, I think your car is nice, I even have your cardomain page bookmarked, but I still prefer a hooked up 3rd gen, far and few in between, the people that own them, own them for a reason.

for a calander, soley based on looks, as well as a toy car, soley based on looks, it makes a lot of sense. nice 3rd gens are very nice, true of course, but is the model of a moded out 3rd gen? no its not. bone stock. I'm glad you like to be different, but you missed my point

Ok, I gotcha now. I agree the 3rd gen is not a prize in stock form, heck no Maxima is. Ugly wheels and wheel gap are what most suffer from. But with Tint, Wheels and Springs it is MUCH better for any gen.

but i would say a stock 4th gen is a little bit nicer than a stock 3rd gen. the modeling company didnt do the 3rd gen any favors either while designing

I think it is a cool thing to have, if there is one of a black 4th gen I would get it too. I just wish the 3rd gen model had: VE tails, black interior with 145mph VE gauges, moonroof, lowered with my wheels...maybe I need to mod it.

I was going to buy it, but I need to spend my money on other things.

And Donalds right, the people who own 3rd gens own them for a reason. I was going to buy a 96 Maxima with a V2, but then decided to buy my 92 SE.

Only cause the 4th gen was 6200 and the 3rd gen was 1400.

WGAF which gen looks better/best! They should have enough respect for one of the best 4 door sedans ever, to make a model of "each" generation

I never did like the boxy look of the 3rd gens too much. I think the 4 gen is much better, but I do respect them. Just adding my opinion

3rd gens must have been sexy when they were out...and they are aging much better than those early 90s Camrys and those Accords with super low hoods.

4th gens can look good..but for the most part they're bland :/

5th gens have a funky a$$...but the profile is much better than 4th gens..4th gens have such simple bodysides

6th gen with a new grille would be the best design yet. Makes all previous gens insignifcant when parked next to them.

Thats how I see it anyway

i bought 2 of those die casts so far. a silver one and a black one. they are all from the netherlands. so it takes about 3 weeks to get to the US. well worth it. i collect die cast things. sort of like a poor man's jay leno. and i own 2 full-scale 3rd gens.

i like all gens, as each has good traits. my least liked is the 6th gen.

I agree with you on the 3rd gen is the best looking. Lowered, wheels, and tint makes the 3rd Gen simply stunning! But the one thing the 3rd Gen lacks is the awesome VQ.

But no doubt about it each has its own unique things. I love them both!

with out variable cams or a variable intake, one could hardly call the VQ awesome compared to a VE or VG at that.

you guys got screwed.

variable cams Variable Timing Control.

I must admit the VQ is a great motor, I just wished it had the top end my VE does, I love them both though.

Oh... well, you'll like all the diecast cars I just got my hands on. My friend and her "life partner" (can't say g/f since both of them are girls....) got into an arguement and she gave me all of her diecast collection of tuner cars.

So, I've got about 30+ little cars sitting on my dresser. Looks like that scene from "2 Fast 2 Furious" where all those cars pull out of the storage area when the police chase Brian into it.

B, you got any pics of the full-scale 3rd gens??
