obd-2 communication questions

obd-2 communication questions
Does anybody here know about the communication parameters for reading the OBD-2 port? I know I can buy an obd-2 reader from obd-2.com but I use LabVIEW at work and I can definetly write a program for serial communications but I need to know the parameters, such as baud rate (I think its 19200bps), parity, data bits, stop bits, flow control (none?), etc. Once I figure this out I need to know what the pattern means (i.e. each byte). Just thought some of you might of thought of or done this. Thanks for your help.
