300zx brakes

I have had my 300zx brakes for a few months now, and I have started to notice that the two pins that go through the calipers rattle a bit. Does anybody else get this? I wonder if a rubber washer or something will take care of it.

Do you have the big clip that goes over the top of the caliper, and clips on to the pins? Should not be any rattle, and definately don't need any washers. Mine do not rattle at all. Post a pic of the caliper from the top showing both pins, pads, and the outside edge of the rotor.

you may be missing the cross pin that sits on top as detailed above...

yeah, I know the clip you are talking about. When I got new rotors, one side was just a hair too big still and it would rub that clip a little....so yeah the clip is not on the caliper yet. For whatever reason, I wasn't thinking that they secured the pins from moving.

They prevent them from rattling around in the holes, which is what makes the noise..
