Do I keep my stock rims?
Do most of you guys hang on to your stock rims, or have you sold them? I have had mine in the corner of the garage taking up space for the year or so. I was thinking about selling them cause I don't plan on going back to stock anytime soon. Should I keep em, or put some extra money in my pockets?

if you sell your car with aftermarket parts you lose most of the money you spent on them... so if your new wheels cost $1k you WILL NOT recover that money when you sell the car. So keep stock stuff and put it back on before you sell, then sell the wheels for more than you'd get if they were on the car.
and in NE we usually keep stock wheels and put snow tires on

sell them now, get a nice wad of cash, and when time comes around to sell your car or going back to stock, buy some stock wheels off someone else. Thats what i plan to do. But then again, I needed the money badly so i sold my wheels.

yeah, I will probably sell them. I don't have to worry about snow, and I have 300zx brakes, so they wouldn't clear in the front anyway. I can probably always pick up a set here later, if I really needed them.

I would keep them if I wasn't absolutely dying for cash or storage space, and as long as they're in good condition. It's easier to keep them just in case you need them again rather than to replace them in the future.
I also agree with what 2k2wannabe said about recovering your investment. You will usually get more money by selling things in parts than as a whole.
