Wind noise
Not sure if its same/similar or what but my 99 SE had "wind noise" above 50 mph or so and there was a Technical bulletin about that. Turns out the molding around the front windshield was prone to loosening and fluttered in the wind creating "wind noise". Its an easy fix...

I have bad wind noise too, but I know exactly where its coming from. When I rearended someone a long time ago. You can just see that the whole unit body is a little bent out of shape. The very top rear edges of the front doors poke up about 1/8" inch from flush. This makes a lot of noise, but nothing I can do about it.

Technical Service Bulletins contain up-to-date factory fixes for difficult to diagnose problems such as rough idles, intermittent stalls, hard starts, and all kinds of "shakes", "rattles," and "clunks" that can sometimes drive you nuts. Technical Service Bulletins describe service procedures that may improve performance, reduce future breakdowns, or show a factory authorized modification for your vehicle.
How are Technical Service Bulletin item repairs handled? (who pays for the repair)
Also, how can I find out more information about a particular TSB. Listed in the TSB notice is only a short description of the problem, where can I find the repair procedure?
