how in the world do i remove chlorine stains??!?!

so i was parking in the garage at UCLA (lot 4) and after a little while i come back and there's a drip on my hood. i thought, ahh... just a drop of water. no biggie...

a day later i notice that it's STILL there!!! what the?!?! i tried a little water in hope that it's easy to remove... no go... anyone know how to remove these things? that would suck if it's premanent...

please?... anyone? i'm in utter desperation here...

Chlorine?

If it really is chlorine your prolly screwed, it's like bleach, sorry.

see, i'm not really sure if it's chlorine... but there's a white "dust" that's on my car.... any idears?

Try washing it off first. If it doesn't wash off then worry. You said it was in a parking garage, it was probably just dirty water that dried and left the dirt behind.
