Last night I went to play at the local street races. I see a red 99 GT and a blue early 90s LX 5.0. The guy in the 5.0 is eyeing me because I smoked the crap out of his friends Neon at the track (they all race at KCIR). We get kicked out of the hangout spot and I'm on my way home. Next thing I know the 5.0 in on my *** and the 99 GT (driven by this NASCAR trashy looking women) is next to me and pacing. A red light comes up and the GT and 5.0 stop behind me I hear the guy say to GT driver "you'll smoke that crap..go for it". She rolls up and revs then I hear her put the GT in drive and start stalling the converter (I've seen her click off mid 14s@98mph at my track). I look over and smile. I rev up to 3500 and wait. The light goes green and we both spin a little and then hook up (pretty good launch). It was a complete tie up to 85mph when I let off. We then went from a 25mph roll with nearly the same outcome a 80+mph. We hit another light and I look over and smile.......she ain't smiling I rev up to 4000 and get the best launch I've ever got. I got a good car on her out of the hole because I reacted a little better to the light, but by 90mph she closed in and slowly started walking me when I let off at the top of 3rd. She kept going because I think she was pissed.

This car is flat out amazing for a NA 6. I never believed Bryan H that these things actually can be competitive with the Pony cars as long as you know what you are doing.
