Question about projectors
Does anyone know how exactly do they work? What process goes on that makes the light output so different? Is the glass/plastic part like a magnifying piece?
A projector is basically a large bowl of reflector, with the hid capsule in the focal point. The light passes over a shield, which causes the color on the cutoff (refraction). The glass then disperses the light evenly and smoothly. This is a rough description, if you want to know everything, go here:

P.S. if I had a digi, I'd take a pic of the Valeo European projectors sitting right next to me.
