I think Sprint/Agx saved my life today

Expedition slamed on its brakes 2ft infront of me on the highway today at 80mph. I slammed on mine, turned the wheel sharply to the left, then back to the right. The tires squeeled, and the car literaly jumped into the next lane. But with superb grace. No bouncing no swerving, the car was planted throughout the whole ordeal. I've never said before that it handles like it was on rails, but it did just that.

Last time I pulled **** like that, I ended up slaming into a wall on the highway. My accord wasn't quiet as nimble as the maxima.

I love this car more and more everyday.

and yes, I know I have road rage issues. But I have a thing for speed.

I had a similar thing happen to me with my Sprint/Eibach combo. A guy suddenly turned in front of me as I was about to pass him. Somehow I was able to manuever around him. I always wondered what the outcome would've been if I had a stock suspension.

i did damn near the same thing back when my car was a week old/new...had to hit the brakes on the highway when traffic suddenly came to a stop. the stock suspension did its job, allowing me to steer, but the brakes locked up and i ended up sliding about 8 car lengths in the gravel emergency lane.

Do yourself a favor and don't tailgate sterling mist 4th gens in the ATL area...I've been known to tap my brakes for tailgaters.

STOP tailgaiting.

Yeah, no kidding. I'm known to do the ol' brake check. ESPECIALLY if people ride my *** when I'm going 15+ over the limit already.

Best one is the engine brake check. No brake lights, and all of a sudden you're going a lot slower... That makes them really sh*** their pants

Last time I braked and swerved like that I was on stock suspension. I was going up I-75 North in Marietta. It was right after the HOV lane ends.

I was in the left lane and looking to merge right. I looked back ahead just in time to see the car in front of me swerve around a piece of furniture in the road. I swerved left and bounced it off the passenger front door (dent is still there). Since I was braking and swerving, the rear of the car fishtailed back and forth a couple of times before my brain told my foot to let go of the brake. Luckily, this happened right at the only spot on that stretch of highway where there was a broad expanse of asphalt for me to slide across, instead of a wall.....
