How to determine offset???

a friend of mine gave me some AMG rims to sell on eBay. but im confused since people ask me for offset and i dont know it. Is there a way to measure it? here is the link:

Let's see if I can help

If the place where the wheel studs make contact through the wheel is dead in the center of the wheel (width wise) then it has a 0 offset of centerline. When it's more towards the sureface of the wheel (facing outwards) it's a positive offset and is measured in mm from the centerline point. I believe the offset is given on the inside of the wheel behind the spokes or whatever.
