When bleeding brakes

Is it better to bleed the brakes with the ignition off or on. which is better? Or does it really matter.?

any feedback is good

dude off.. well depends.. u wanna flush your system on. if just to get pesky bubbles out, off. at least that's what i was told.. but then again i thin it's off all the time..
