Can anyone recommend a shop in the LA area to install springs/shocks? I don't mind traveling, but the closer the better. I live near Culver City and all the shops want over $300.00 for labor only!! JEEEZ!

Are you serious? I know places that quote 80 for it .. but theyre in garden grove.. what kinda springs are they? H&R/Eibachs are easy, id guess sprints or whatever thats even lower than H&R/Eibachs would be easier.. we didem with spring compressors.. my friend weighs around 200lbs, and he just sorta brute force held them down while we rebolted the tops on.. was cool

Thanks I'll try checking out the Pitstop. That's not too far away from me. Did you have your car done there? If so I assume you were happy with the install..

thats the price they gave me for an install of tokico struts and springs when i called them for a price quote of those. if they say more just tell them your friend got it for $75.

i didn't get mine installed there... i don't even have struts (on the way)springs yet (getting them very soon)and i'm planning to do it myself... but my friend got his tokico/h&r installed by them and its fine. the # is 818 637-7801
