just a note about lag, s/c does have a bit of lag at take off, compared to stock setup. i replaced the stock flywheel w/ a lightweight, and it reduced about 1/2, also more air flow to the s/cer will help also with response. the stock K&N pancake is underrated, i talked to stillen about that and they said that is the one that fit in that area easy.i was able to find another that fit the s/c like the original,it is wider though, a bit to get in , but it did fit. i like it alot better. i can't comment on the cai for s/c cause i don't have it, but from what lynn say's it is nice.

reply to hyp..

no extra belts, just a longer belt. i think it just takes a bit longer for the air to reach the intake, with the lightweight flywheel it gets there a bit faster. remember this though, with the mods the engine has more power, the effort could be less.190 vs 310 at the flywheel.???does this sound intelligent?hahahaha that was a very funny question.
