I was being nosey again and went to the superhonda.org website to look at the v-6 accord forum. I like to see if they ever talk about beating maximas. Its so weird I saw like 4 forums just on the first page with people complaining about how slow their cars are. The one guy was bragging about a 16 sec 1/4 mile. I saw a few say that they were losing interest in their cars. I just thought that was kinda odd.

dont even bother..
i used to always post up and argue with some of those guys..
cuz some swore their car has an extreme advantage over ours.

but like i said...its the same over here..

imo accord v6s and maximas(not the 5spd) are about the same..

run the same ish at the track..practically..

or

???

superhonda is a poser forum... rice central if you will. The other two... well there's more knowledge in those two forums than in probably all other honda forums combined.

Hey, that's my post!

Superhonda.org is more of a BSing forum. I post there quite regularly. 90% of the people there are about uniwipers, bodykits, etc.

crx.honda-perf.org is a good site for info.
hybrid.honda-perf.org is one of the best.

Aside that, the rest of the honda forums suck.

For general BS, rbp.overboost.com's message board has some of the oddest topics. =)

Yes there is an automatic on the GT-S. Its the Automanual F1 style like on the GS400's

I visit there often. Yes they do post weird things. I replied to someones Accord Vs. Maxima post. All but 2 were ***'s. I was posting about why I purchased the Maxima over the Accord, then on of them starts yapping about some 3.2TL and how better it is. He doesn't even have one. But I can say the same thing about this forum

My g/f had a yellow celica GT-S, in stick. She bought a white one and two days after purchasing it, took it to a body shop and had them re-paint the entire thing. WOMEN, go figure. Anyway, I was reading a few posts in the honda forums, and they were talking about the GT-S like it is God-All-Mighty. First off, a Solara will kick a GT-S's *** in reverse. Secondly, a GT-S couldn't touch a Maxima either. You gotta check out those posts on the Honda forums. They are really quite humorous. I think I saw one guy saying he witnessed a stock GT-S take a Ninja bike....hmmmm

They all think "family" sedans like the Maxima and Camry are slow and are for old people. I think its funny because they consider the "accord" as a "younger" person car therefore its quicker and handles better becaue it has a so-called "superior" suspension setup. Boy would I love to catch them in some twistes... Its the same in the Civic Si/SiR forum. They act like they are unstoppable. Must be the ever-so prestigious "H" badge that is of equal or greater value than a Porsche.
