My back seatbelts are all dirty, because I had the back seat out putting in my stereo and the seatbelts were being stepped on and pushed into the asphalt sheeting. What is a good chemical to use to loose these stains (the interior is tan) without destroying the structural integrity of the webbing?

i used dish washing soup or wat ever u call that and those dish washing sponge with one side scrub thing...(ok..sorry i dunno wat they called)....use the scrubbing side, as long as u don't scrub too hard, it won't damage the structure. it takes of stains really well. yep, i tried it....

hope this helps
