I was wondering what kind of 1/4 mile times I can expect with the mods I have, assuming i'm at sea level, and that I shift almost perfectly(which I know I won't). I plan on taking my car to the track in a couple weeks and want some numbers I can shoot for.

it depends on how good of a driver you are..

you could be running anywhere from 14.6 to 15.7 it depends on you..

what is your car capable of? 14.6 on STOCK Tires, no spare tire, no jack and less than 1/4 tank of gas

FYI: you are not breaking 14's with those 18 inch rims

So are you saying that with some 15's and slicks, I might be able to significantly reduce times

If you are good at your launches, you should be 14 sec. It can really vary depending on driver. I've seen a 5speed max w/ mods run mid 15's and i've seen a stock max run high 14's. With 18 inchers. if will be very hard to hit 14's. Too much weight and rotation mass. You will have a high trap speed though.I have only seen 1 person (Adam) with 18 inchers hit 14.8 and that was only w/ a cone intake. He is also a very good driver. I sure hope your better then mid 15's. I ran a 15.5 with a auto w/ CAI and 16" chromies. Practice will always server justice.

I wouldn't use slicks unless you are planning on using NOS, Supercharger, or Turbo.. some drag radials would be cool though

yeah use the stock wheels
