looking to get a 2001 maxima
is the maxima getting redesigned next year
somebody told me the sentra will have a 240hp v6 option..is this true?
does that mean the maxima will get a bigger engine?
whats a good price for a maxima SE with convein package?
will there be any new feature with the 2002 model compared to the 2001?

i believe the sentra is staying a 4 cyl. But runor is the max is getting a engine upgrade (3.5l 275? hp... i forget the details)

 

The maxima is completely changing in 2004. It's going back to rear wheel drive. It comes with 18" wheels, a body kit, a six speed tranny, and it's supposed to get the new 320hp v8. It will be on a full-size platform then. The altima also gets bigger. It gets the new Z suspension and I think the 222hp or 240hp V6 and will be the size of the current maxima. The sentra se-r and spec-v models will have 170hp and 180hp and a six speed tranny. Some of this may be wrong but I saw it on a previous post that was started by Mike S.
