Most of you are familiar with the upper intake pipes I can make for you guys. Well, I went ahead and made up a 3" prototype. I was surprised.

The car is faster with the 2.25". Well, it feels quicker, especially off the line. I am sure this has to do with the smaller pipe maintaining the velocity at low RPM. And no, the 3" isnt noticably stronger at high RPM, either.

Just thought I'd update you guys...

i was quite surprise how it look. real professional quailty. im going to install it this weekend.

 

i installed mine already. on stock air boxs you really need to trim the connectors but other than that it's great for what you're charging. good job mzmtg.
