Buying New(Used) Max, Advice?

I am prob going to buying a max from a private seller and had a few questions:

1) You can still get an auto loan from a bank for this right? Just making sure.

2) How do you do the tax, title, and license stuff that a dealer usually handles.

Anything else you guys can give me advice on would be greatly appreciated. I totalled my max a few days ago but am going to stay in the maxima community cause its the perfect car for me. I can't think of anything else I would rather have for $10,000. I need low insurance rates, room for my drum set, sporty, relaible, etc. There is just nothing better but I just don't want to start the modding all over again so I am looking to buy one thats already has stuff on it. I am just rambling now, thanks for any help you can give me.

Probrably 4th gen since those would be cheaper to buy, but it doesn't really matter. 10,000 might even be puching it for me. I have to get loan rates and stuff also waiting to see how much I get from the insurance company.
