i don't think ppl are deliberately attacking the car and the owner, rather just the word PIMP. "PIMP" rides are assumingly a specific type of vehicle decked out with cosmetic modifications that makes it look "pimp" or unique. For example, a S55 isn't all that "pimp" until it starts rolling on some chrome 20's. You've all seen the 50cent and Snoop video. The car looks in great shape, but its definitely not "PIMPed-OUT"

In this case, nupe took a demolished car and fixed it back up. Kudos to him for taking the time, money, and effort for doing that. Awesome job and it looks clean, but its not "pimp". (just a technicality, don't pay attention to me)

 

First, I never claimed to have a "pimped out max", my car is modded to satisfy my driving need. I upgraded my suspension ( springs, shocks/struts, rsb, fstb), I also put in sweet sounding sound system (2 12 w3, jl 500/1, alpine 4ch, alpine 9815, and infinity kappa components and 3 way kappas in the rear)

i always do all my installs/mods myself.

Props: for rebuilding your car.

Where I live, you car would not be considered pimped out. Its a nice ride I’m sure, but very common looking, nothing special.

Clearly the immature Orgettes here have missed the entire point of the thread and have made this to be something it is not (a chat/cat ight).

Brotha O simply wanted to share with you (if interested) the progression of his maxima from totaled to rebirth. In fact, I am not sure that some of you paid enough attention to know his maxima is a product of two maximas (an automatic and a manual). The black maxima was a manual and the tan max was an automatic.

He "converted" the tan maxima into a manual by swapping from the first maxima. Those of you who know him know that he will take anything apart and fix it and I "respect" him for that. So if he says it's pimped then it is pimped! If you do not like it then fine keep it to yourself!
