HELP!! Service engine light

Need your help ASAP!

This morning, under WOT to 60mph, then let off the accelarator, then service engine soon light came on.

Please tell me how to access service codes, and how to interpret it. Also, I want to try to reset the codes to see if it will clear the light. Need the procedure also.
