what insurance do you have?
does anyone have show car insurance, or is most everyone either running liability/collision under a regular policy? show season is comming up but i dont want to pay out the a$$ for insurance.

Progressive, but I'm currently shopping around for other companies.
<3 Collector insurance on the Mustang though

usaa... and they are real easy to fraud, almost like taking candy from a baby.

i plan on getting stated value insurance (like show-car insurance) on my next car; especially if it is modified.

Jason/Juan, Is show car insurance basically you have an agree'd upon value with the insurance company so in the case that it is totaled there is no BS you get no more/no less than the agree'd upon value?
If so, thats basically like my collector insurance. The cool thing is insurance wise, I have no driving restrictions, however with the state (because I have collector car plates) I can only drive it to/from shows/cruises, test and tune, and for the enjoyment of others (passengers) as long as I am not charging them for rides (it actually says that, lol).

I used to have collector car insurance for my old ’51 Pontiac. It was dirt cheap, costing me under $100 per year, but I was only allowed to drive it to shows and official events, and perhaps around the block every now and then. I could not take it to work or school, nor use it for any personal errands. It was a good deal for me, because I never used it for anything else.

show car insurance is cheaper than regular insurance, but you can usually only get it for a collector or classic car. it is also on the terms that you will drive it a max of 2000 miles a yr and you have to be 25-30 depending in the carrier. i had no luck trying to insure the max
