leather care Products.
I am using the Lexol cleaner, it is mild and pH-balanced. After cleaning thoroughly, apply a conditioner such as Lexol (I switched to a product made by Eagle One that seems to work better). Once the leather is clean, I just wipe it down from time to time with a wet cotton cloth and apply leather conditioner. I apply the conditioner by hand (use sparingly), let dry for 10-15min, then wipe off the excess with a dry cloth.
I use Pro brand products. Their website is www.prowax.com. The leather cleaner can be found under "Multipurpose Cleaners" in the first selection on the left-side. And the creme is called "leather lotion". You might have to search for this one on the site. Their products seem to work well so far. I've only cleaned the leather once so far, but the leather lotion makes your hands nice and soft when you're done.
Lexol is all I use

I use a wet cloth to clean, let it dry, then use Lexol leather conditioner.

For leather care, in the past, I've used Eagle One, Meguir's, and Lexol. Out of the three, I prefer Lexol. I thought Eagle One was so-so, and was slippery. Meguir's leather conditioner was also so-so, but with less effectiveness than Eagle One. The Meguir's leather-care product should have been better based on my experience with their line of car wax products (which I swear by!). Meguir's has a decent smell, but can be overpowering on first application, if you can't roll down the windows (like right now in winter w/ the persistent rain/snow). However, it's more of a "maintenance" leather product, as opposed to Lexol's which actually makes the leather more supple. One good point about Meguir's is that it keeps the original luster and feel of the leather as original as possible, after application.
For making my seats more supple, I use Lexol. On the first-ever application, spray some on, let it sit for 1hr or so, then spray some more on, and let it sit overnight to soak, if possible. The next morning, wipe off the excess. The subsequent applications of Lexol, you can just spray it on the leather once and wipe off 15-30 min later. Nonetheless, after every application, for a day or so, your leather will feel very slightly "sticky", but if you thoroughly wipe off the excess with some clean terry cloth towels, you won't have the problem. Meguir's is better about not having a "stickiness" to it after application, but overall is not as effective as Lexol.
In summary, out of the three brands, Lexol is the best I've used to date for restoring and preserving the leather but with some residual, temporary stickiness. Eagle One is a decent at improving suppleness, but is rather slippery after application. And lastly, Meguir's keeps the leather feeling like the original leather w/o any of the problems of stickiness and slipperiness of the other two, but is more of maintenance product--better for newer leather, and not as good for restoring older leather as Lexol. There may be other products that are just as good or better.
And as SunMax mentioned, definitely wipe clean your leather with a damp cloth first (or with a leather cleaner) and allowing it to dry before applying your leather conditioner (whatever you decide to use). As a general rule, I try to treat my leather once a month to keep it in good shape and butter soft.
