What is the best way to sell my maxima?

Hi,

I recently purchased a new acura so I do not need the old maxima anymore.

Obviously I need to sell the max. I was thinking of listing it on autotrader.com. Should I list it on their website or in their magazine?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Kevin

I had good luck with Autotrader online. I think you can get a package that includes both if you want.

You could always list it in the for sale forum on the Org.

the best way to sell you maxima would be to tell people that it's for sale......:-).....j/k

advertise it in the forum, and to people you know....bullentin boards at work.....the shop you take your car to...ask them if they'll post your for sale ad for you there.....word of mouth usually works real well, that's where the people you know come in..........try carmax too if there's one around. they are known to give the highest amount and you don't have to buy anything from them.....who knows, you might get more than you want out of it......hope that helps

I tried all the "free" outlets for selling my old white 92SE (flyers, here on the org, craigslist). The day after I put it on autotrader I got 3 calls and 1 of them bought the car a few days later. I lost my autotrader password so the ad stayed up for a month and I got about 20 calls after the car was sold. Well worth the $50 listing fee if you want the car to sell fast and for a good price.
