I purchased "Ding King" to remove a small dent on my fender and wanted to know if it could be used on custom paint? I read that it should not be used on paint that is NOT O.E.M. Has anyone here used it on custom paint, and is it safe?

 

I haven't personally used it, but my friend used it on his truck (he has a custom purple paint job), and it took off the paint on him. But on the other side of the spectrum, there was a thread a few months back about this. In that, a lot of people said they used it with great results.
