Is there no sticky stuff on them? Did they mess up the letters or did they just not stick?

Yes their is sticky stuff on the stickers but When I went to peel it off the "M" and "O" did not come off the sticky side. They stayed on the sticker. I even left it on for an 1 hour and pressed hard against the sticker onto the back window glass. No success. Let me know what I can do..
Thanks..

Heh, you guys are probably pulling the paper off too quickly, what I do when applying stickers is use an exacto knife and I pull it off slowly. If I see part of the sticker coming off, I put it back down and use the knife to hold that corner on while I peel the rest off. Just take your time on it so it comes off nice and smooth.

If you are apply the decal to a window that is cold you will have problems getting it to stick. Heat the part of the window using a blow dryer or a heat gun. The surface should be warm to the touch ( not HOT )also when removing the backing peel away slowly, the same apples to the front (transfer paper)

The easiest way to do it is as follows:

Thouroughly clean the section of window of choice!

Get a blow dryer or something and warm up the section of the window (for those of you living in the cold northern states like me)

Stick the sticker on

Take the edge of the sticker nearest to you, and about 1/8" of the edge, fold it over

Then start ROLLING the backing away, while pressing down it, constantly creasing the edge where you are working. Go VERY slowly. It should take you 2-4 seconds for each 1/8" of travel. This is much more effective than simply pulling the backing away from the window.

You shouldnt have any problems this way.

I posted a picture of the finished results:
