Help! Possible electrical problem?

Not sure what the problem is but all the lights on the passenger side are brighter than those on the driver side. This includes the headlights, the clearence light, the sidemarker lights, and rear lights. And sometimes when i hit a pot hole, or go over a rough spot on the freeway, both headlights go out.
Can someone help?

Ground. Whenever you have this kind of problem it's usually a ground issue. Check every bolt on the body and on the motor that has a spacer with a cable or wire going from it. Those are usually grounds. Maybe it got rusty or something.

The ground points for the headlights are on the radiator support and the inner aprin.
