Help. Couldn't figure out which sensor to replace.

Hi All. How can I get fix this problem I have
on the O2 sensors. I get this 0304 code on the ecu.
It's the knock sensor. I believe it's being caused by
one of the faulty O2 sensor. How can I probe which one?
Any help is appreciated. The other code is 0103 which is
about the temp sensor or something like that. Can this be
connected to the problem? Thanks!!
