What are the specs for the cams in the VQ. In the EM section in the S.D.S. index in the back it lists the valve timing with the letters A-F. I believe A and B are duration and the others are overlap and intake/exhaust opening/closing. Can someone post those numbers? For example the VG30DE cams are 248, 248, -1, 69, 9, 59. Since most of us aren't worried about emissions (those with Y pipes) I'm thinking a mild cam regrind with 252 degrees duration, less overlap (around 8 degrees) should increase midrange-topend power pretty good. BTW ISKY can regrind your cams to these specs for $150 too .
