Ok. A few assumptions. That 4.3 Stroker kit thats now availible for the 3.5L engine, making it Capable of pushing like 700-1000+hp and all, is great, but useless cause since the max is FWD, it wouldnt be able to pound all of that down on the pavement. Sooooo my question is, since the G35 is RWD and shares the Max's engine, would the G35 be able to really put 1000hp down on the ground well, and still be a daily driver?

 

Even a 4wd car is going to spin the wheels if you try to apply all 700 HP at one from a stop.

Despite the fact those numbers you claimed are retarded, how on earth would anyone here have an opinion on it. I can promise you this, no 3.5vq is putting down 1000hp just because of that 4.3 stroker kit. If you wanted a beast like that, checkout an rx7 with a gigantic turbo or something.

Buggatti or however U spell it makes a 1001HP car, it sure can be a daily driver if you have enough $$$. There are no RX7s with 1000HP 13Bs or even 20Bs in them... thanx... I'm sure 500WHP in a G35 sedan with some nice TE37 staggered Volks riding on JIC Magics with stock aerokit in silver with tints would make me sell my Max in no time. I dunno just that the RWD VQ35DE don't impress me after driving some 700WHP VG30DETT powered Z32s. Every G35 sedan automatic I driven has like no power till bout 3K RPM and then rush of sudden power comes on. I'll take my slow 3.O 5spd Max thanx.

How long does that engine last with 800WHP ? My point is... it has to last more than a few 1/4 passes. Eighter way.... I seen a VH45DE twin turboed putting down 2500HP alcohol feed in Japan.

Isn't the Cadillac 16 supposed to have 1000hp? Did Cadillac design that to be driven every other day? As opposed to daily?

I'm sure that formula 1 racers drive their race cars pretty often (maybe even daily???). (practicing/racing)

 

F1 cars require insane amounts of EXPENSIVE maintenance. Their engines have absolutely no longevity in them without constant attention. The cadillac 16 has 1k horsepower, but I don't know its status. The Bugatti Veyron is/will be a production car and produces 1001. I don't know what maintenance it requires but it should be as much of a daily drive as any exotic (ie, not really ).
