I've notice that the 92+up SE models have the 190hp engine as does the 4th gens. I wanted to know if their the same engines. Do they have the same amount of torque? Which car is lighter and which is faster? Please enlighten me. Thanks

Nope. Different engines. The 4th Gen weighs less than the 3rd gen, and is faster, too. Goto MaxFAQs here for the details;

in the history tab on the left, click the 'Maxima Engines' section.
