AWSOME roadkill...
#1
O MAN. I still can not get over this. On my way home from the track Friday night. On a three lane road in fron of the collage. In my mirror I see two cars just "bookin". A Red Mustang(4.6)with a pic of a horse on the side. And slammed to the gills. The other car was an "integra type airplane wing". Also slammed. Well we are all at the next light, but cars are in front of us. These two were just reving a doing there little burnouts. So they race threw traffic. Now we hit another light, now it is two lanes and about a half of a mile past the light it goes one lane. The Ford and the Honda were side by side, with nothing but open road in front. I pull behind the Mustang of corse, starring at his 4 inch duel exhaust tips. The light turns green and they go. I nail it just as the Mustang does. I am about ten feet away from his bumper as I hear him screech second gear. Just as I get in to second gear I hit the NOS switch. We are about two car langths ahead of the poor honda anchored down by its own interior and three passangers. I pull in to the other lane in front of the honda, creeping up along side of the mustang he hits third . I can hear his desperate attempts to shift as fast as he can. I am in front now, his front fender at my rear door. He gets behind me finally and stays right on my but, so close I cant see his lights. As I reach for the hazerd lights I ponder the fact that I just realy pissed sombody off, and udder the words. "I HAVE A DREAM" that one day are foor door sedans will earn the respect of our domestic counter parts.

It is a dry kit from NOS...
It is 5115 kit. I had a CAI on my 95 MAX. That intake would not work on my 98. But I was able to use the part of the tube that clamps on the throttle boddy. So off the throttle boddy is the CAI tube that I drilled in to for the NOS line. Then that tube goes to the stock air box witch I have just moddified.(cut a big azz hole in the side of the airbox that fases the fender). So this way I did not have to drill into any of the OEM parts.

Just a repost of a roadkill,
I raced that same Mustang today, with my bottle off(DAMN). Lets just say he got his revenge. It seems that when my bottle is on I cant get a race, than when it's off the heat is on---what gives. Guess I just need boooost..

mod this
you know that's nice and all....but if I spend $1000 on my car I promise the rustangs won't beat me...even with their damn gears and whatever else....they are POS's. most of those guys don't have a clue how to drive anyways...I mean look at them...they bought a Ford

That is more then $1000 unless you are getting some really cheap stuff. Ypipe and NOS alone should but right at that budget if not over.
98MAX, you shouldn't have raced him without the NOS. Now he's got his pride and satisfaction back
