I recently sent my spare TB to ASP http://www.aspracing.com/ for them to bore it out. I totally dismantled the TB all the way to the center rod and plate before shipping. The price was $60 but would have been more if it was not dismantled. Since I'm unable to go forced induction without mucho dollars, I gotta figure out the best way to get as much NA ponies as possible. Now I gotta decide if I'll be going the Extrude Hone process on my other spare plenum and intake manifold as oppose to port enlarging/matching. I've read post from forced induction guys who gained minor ponies with the ExTr process, but as anyone ever tried a set on a NA motor

The difference in throttle plates
There is a 3/16 difference between the OEM and larger plate. I asked them to give me a before and after TB measurement but they forgot, but if you know the OEM TB size (which I don't) do the math

 

but I think the TPS on it is damaged. If anyone wants it, let me know.
